Having worked for multiple years within the "coffee" industry, it has been a requirement to be familiar with every product not just by memorized verbal "description" but also by, personal tastebud experience. With that said, I have tasted some of the best and worst available. Latte e Miele, serves the best espresso,I've ever tasted, bar none. Creamy, robust, nutty flavor, where from beginning to end each sip, is pure pleasure & enjoyment. Without question, their Gelato is worthy of the drive, regardless distance. But for those of you, in search of the perfect bean; I say, head over now. Perfection awaits. ;-)

I love reading your blog! Per your request, I tried Latte E Miele and it is amazing! I can't wait to try your top 25 favorite dishes from Baton Rouge. The shrimp burger from Mason's Grill sounds very tempting! Thanks!!!
